Comprehensive Maintenance Management Program (CMMP)
The comprehensive maintenance program is excellent for budgeting purposes. This comprehensive preventative maintenance program satisfies all Code requirements, examinations, tests, lubrication and adjustments. All parts are covered including major components as well as the labour.
All service calls are included both during and after hours at no additional charge. All elevators in this program are subject to special maintenance procedures which go above and beyond code requirements to protect your investment.
